Account Suspension / Termination Policy

1. Grounds

We may suspend, restrict, investigate or terminate an account or access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these policies or a risk to users, the Platform or our rights. Grounds include content theft, copyright infringement, data theft, unauthorised extraction, scraping, attempted unauthorised access, suspicious activity, credential sharing, cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse, impersonation, security abuse, malware, harassment, unlawful conduct or material misrepresentation.

2. Process and consequences

Where appropriate and practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to explain. We may act immediately without prior notice where necessary to protect security, preserve evidence, comply with law, prevent ongoing misuse or address serious risk. Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to products, results, submissions or other account features, subject to applicable law and any remedy we are legally required to provide. Fees are not refundable solely because an account is restricted for a user breach, except where required by law.

3. Review and user responsibility

Users are responsible for actions taken through their accounts and must cooperate with a reasonable investigation. A user may request review by writing to sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone with relevant details. We may retain records needed for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution and enforcement after closure or termination.
