Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are issued by Sakshi Gupta Enterprises ("we", "us", "Toppers.zone"), with communication address at 56 A, Pocket B, Mayur Vihar Phase 2, Delhi 110091. Effective date: 20 September 2026. Jurisdiction: India; courts at Delhi, subject to mandatory law.

These policies are designed to be read together; where a product-specific page or event rule states a different valid access period, fee, deadline or operational detail, that specific disclosure will apply to that product to the extent permitted by law.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Toppers.zone website, applications, courses, notes, study material, digital products, examinations, competitions, assessments and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, purchasing or using the Platform, a user confirms acceptance of these Terms. If a user is a Minor, the parent, legal guardian or other authorised adult acting for that user also accepts these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate, current and complete registration information and keep it updated. Each account is personal to the registered user unless a product expressly permits otherwise. Users must protect login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Users are responsible for all activity through their account, including activity by a person to whom they have voluntarily given access, subject to applicable law.

3. Platform access and product validity

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access purchased or enrolled products for personal educational use, subject to payment, these Terms and the relevant product terms. Notes and study material for an academic class will ordinarily remain accessible until 30 April of the following academic year, unless the relevant product page states a different period. Each examination, competition or other product may have its own expiry date; the displayed product-specific expiry applies.

4. Acceptable use

Users must use the Platform lawfully and fairly. They must not copy, record, publish, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit content; share accounts; scrape or extract data; access another account; bypass security; manipulate results; impersonate others; cheat; deploy automated abuse; upload malware; or otherwise interfere with the Platform. We may investigate, restrict access and take other action under our Account Suspension and Termination Policy.

5. Content, results and availability

We use reasonable efforts to offer useful educational content and accurate results. However, content may contain errors, omissions, updates or differences from a user’s preferred style or expectations. We do not promise that content will meet every user’s expectations, and we welcome feedback at sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone; we may use it to make improvements. Results may involve systems, answer keys, scoring rules and human or technical processes; no result is guaranteed to be error-free.

6. Payments, refunds and privacy

Prices, taxes and material payment conditions will be shown at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. We may use vetted service providers and make limited disclosures where reasonably necessary to deliver the Platform, process payment, comply with law, prevent fraud or protect rights and security.

7. Changes, law and contact

We may modify the Platform or these Terms where reasonably required for operations, security, legal compliance, product improvement or other legitimate reasons. Material changes will be posted through appropriate channels. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to non-waivable consumer and other mandatory remedies, courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction. Contact: sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone.
