Competition Terms

These Competition Terms are issued by Sakshi Gupta Enterprises, 56 A, Pocket B, Mayur Vihar Phase 2, Delhi 110091. Effective date: 20 September 2026. Contact: sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone.

1. Event-specific rules

Each competition or examination may have separate eligibility, registration, fee, schedule, format, scoring, prize, verification and expiry rules. Those published rules form part of these Terms. Participants must provide accurate information and meet stated eligibility criteria. We may require proof of age, class, identity, school or guardian approval.

2. Administration and discretion

Toppers.zone may conduct, cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, extend, reopen, withdraw or change a competition or examination at its discretion, including the format, timing, duration, questions, scoring method, eligibility, prizes or result process, subject to applicable law. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

3. Integrity and results

Participants must not cheat, impersonate, collude, use unauthorised assistance, create multiple accounts, manipulate systems or share questions where prohibited. We may use reasonable integrity checks and may withhold, revise or invalidate results, disqualify participants, recover prizes or suspend accounts where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach. Results are not guaranteed to be error-free; we may correct genuine errors and our determination on operational and integrity matters is final to the extent permitted by law.

4. Prizes and publicity

Prize details, if any, will be stated in event rules. Prizes are non-transferable unless we state otherwise and may be subject to verification, tax and legal requirements. We may use aggregated performance information for promotion. Any public use of identifiable results or achievements will be subject to applicable consent or other lawful basis, particularly for Minors.
