1. Licence and access

Purchase provides a limited personal educational licence; it does not transfer ownership, copyright or any right to redistribute content. Access is for the registered user only, unless expressly stated otherwise. We may apply device, session, download, watermarking or other reasonable technical controls.

2. Duration and content changes

Unless stated otherwise, class notes and study material remain accessible until 30 April of the following academic year. A particular product, course, exam or subscription may state its own validity or expiry date, and that disclosure prevails. We may update, correct, replace, remove or modify content to address errors, syllabus changes, rights issues, quality improvements, security or operational needs.

3. No assurance of individual fit

Content is intended to support learning but is not tailored to every student’s learning style, level, syllabus interpretation or expectations. We do not warrant that content will meet every user’s acceptance or produce a particular score or outcome. Feedback is welcome at sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone, and we may make improvements based on it.

4. Restricted conduct

Users must not forward paid PDFs; upload materials to messaging groups or third-party sites; record or redistribute videos; reproduce questions; use content commercially; remove notices or watermarks; or share credentials. Technical issues should be reported promptly with supporting details. We may provide reasonable support but do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every device, network or third-party service.
