1. Security measures

We maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and services, which may include access controls, role-based permissions, authentication, logging, encryption where appropriate, vendor controls, monitoring, backups and incident-response processes. Security measures may evolve over time. No system, network, device or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

2. Cyber and technical risks

Despite reasonable measures, the Platform or information may be affected by cyber attack, hacking, malware, ransomware, phishing, unauthorised access, credential compromise, software vulnerability, denial-of-service activity, technical failure, infrastructure failure, cloud or provider failure, network outage, data corruption, accidental deletion, human error or a similar event. Users must protect credentials, use secure devices and promptly report suspected compromise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by such events where they are beyond our reasonable control and we have met duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Retention

We retain personal data, transaction records, access logs, results and communications for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, product access, legal or tax compliance, audit, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, enforcement and legitimate operational purposes. Retention periods can differ by data type and product. When retention is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely isolate information as appropriate, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.

4. Incident response
