1. Ownership

The Platform and its content, including notes, videos, questions, tests, explanations, graphics, designs, software, databases, trademarks and logos, are owned by or licensed to Toppers.zone and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Prohibited acts

Without prior written permission, users must not copy, download beyond permitted functionality, record, screenshot for distribution, reproduce, publish, sell, license, broadcast, transmit, scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, remove notices, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit protected material. Users must not use content to train, test or improve an artificial-intelligence system or database unless expressly authorised in writing.

3. Enforcement and reporting

We may use watermarks, access logs and other lawful measures to identify misuse. We may suspend access, issue takedown notices, seek civil or criminal remedies, report suspected offences, and pursue recovery of losses to the extent permitted by law.
