Limitation of Liability

This Limitation of Liability Policy is issued by Sakshi Gupta Enterprises, 56 A, Pocket B, Mayur Vihar Phase 2, Delhi 110091. Effective date: 20 September 2026. Contact: sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone.

1. General limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toppers.zone and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss; loss of profit, data, goodwill, opportunity or reputation; or loss arising from a user’s device, connectivity, third-party service, misuse, unauthorised access, examination outcome or reliance on educational content.

2. Educational and emotional outcomes

We do not guarantee marks, ranks, admissions, scholarships, employment or any other academic or personal outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for disappointment, emotional distress, anxiety, feeling low, depression or similar effects arising from a result, score, ranking, competition outcome or a user’s reaction to it. Users who experience significant distress should seek appropriate support from a parent/guardian, counsellor, healthcare professional or emergency service, as appropriate.

3. Cap and exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a claim will not exceed the amount actually paid by the claimant to Toppers.zone for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
