Minor / Student Policy

1. Parent or guardian involvement

A person below the age of majority (a "Minor") must not independently create or operate a paid account without the involvement and approval of a parent, legal guardian or other authorised adult (a "Responsible Adult"). The Responsible Adult must create or approve the account where required, supervise the Minor’s use, provide required permissions and make payments. Adults are responsible for payment obligations associated with a Minor’s account.

2. Data and safety

We aim to process Minor data only as permitted by applicable law and may seek verification or consent where required. The Responsible Adult should ensure that registration information is accurate and should not allow a Minor to share credentials, personal details, payment information or content publicly unless appropriate. We may restrict features, communications, content visibility or data use for Minors where required or appropriate.

3. Student responsibilities

Students must use the Platform respectfully, honestly and for educational purposes. They must not cheat, bully, harass, impersonate, distribute content, share credentials, attempt unauthorised access or disclose another person’s personal information. A Responsible Adult is expected to support compliance and should promptly notify us of suspected misuse or safety concerns at sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone.
